Week two’s session literally just finished and boy are we getting more into some ‘meat and potatoes’ of things.
I’m overwhelmed, and excited at the same time. The homework section seems like a lot, however I know I just need to keep plugging away and it will become habit. Possibly a checklist will work – I’ll give it a go and report back.
The top 2 things I noticed / loved this week:
1. As I immediately went to chose Autonomy and Liberty for my PPN’s, however quickly decided to change to Helping Others and Liberty. I know that I’ll automatically receive more autonomy once I help more people. 🙂
2. I love the concept of making small promises (that can be easily completed), to have the repetition of saying ‘do it now’ and then CELEBRATING the small win. What a great way to recognize that completing what I promise myself I do, it is definitely a win and something positive to focus on.
Looking forward to completing the homework this week. Let the Adventure Begin!!
Way to Keep it simple and to the point. You are definitely on the right track. Keep up the great work. Love your blog.
Thank you for this introspective post. Love observing how you are moving though the homework and enjoying its simplicity….we get to keep our promises as a habit! so so good xooxo
