I love the sit. Meditation has always been a favorite activity of mine. That doesn’t mean I am always consistent with the practice of meditation. I am excited to take 15+ at lunch every day to re-center myself! This 15-minute sit is an escape on bad days and just plain soothing. I am grateful to be making this a habit and getting consistent!

I’m with you on that Scott. The ‘sit’ is where my biggest inspiration comes from. Hope it does for you too!
I agree with you Scott, love that sit. I am thrilled that you are making it a habit. Just like Og suggests!
Thanks for sharing Scott,
I like the Sit too. It can be hard to stay consistent, but like you said it is so rewarding to have that bit of clarity through out the day. I can’t wait to see next week.

I love the Sit, too, Scott! Frankly, I find myself going to it many times throughout my day. I find comfort and truth there.
Great job Scott! There is feeling and power in the sits…and a glimpse of the road within!
