They say there are no shortcuts to success. AND… there are no shortcuts in making a new habit stick either.
This week was full of many obstacles for me (too many to count!) and I felt like I had to fight interruptions and distractions throughout the day just to get the simple little daily assignments done.
To make sure I didn’t fall behind after all the work I had done last week, I took the time after the Sunday webinar to make some changes to my schedule this week, wrote up the daily tasks as checklists in a paper planner and it looks like I’m back on track! With renewed energy, I think I’m moving forward again.
Appreciated hearing your roadblocks and loved the graphic you chose! That’s how I feel – too many tabs open.
Thank you, Elena!
Thanks, Mary!
Thank you!
Valuable planning tips Sarah! I see from the comments you have already helped other members- the power of a Mastermind in action. Stay the course, one exercise at a time. Give yourself grace as you become familiar with these new habits.Cheering you on!
Terrific to plan, Sarah and getting back on track so quickly. Good problem-solving!

Hi Sarah, Put it in writing is such a good example. Thank you for that share, it gives us all ideas that we can implement.
Fantastic Sarah! You are on your way cracking that cement that has been talking to you. Trust the process and let the habits be at service for you on this miraculous journey.
Excellent! Thank you for sharing… I’ve had some unexpected distractions also and I keep pushing forward and give myself grace. I like your idea of the check list in your planner! I use a paper and electronic planner, I am going to borrow your trick! THANKS!!
Know you are moving forward Sarah. Realize the new habit you just performed in planning. Congratulations job well done.
Great job, Sarah — creating all those positive habits to avoid the call of the “cement”. It just gets better!
Congrats Sarah on changing your habits to accomplish what you want!
