They say there are no shortcuts to success. AND… there are no shortcuts in making a new habit stick either.

This week was full of many obstacles for me (too many to count!) and I felt like I had to fight interruptions and distractions throughout the day just to get the simple little daily assignments done.

To make sure I didn’t fall behind after all the work I had done last week, I took the time after the Sunday webinar to make some changes to my schedule this week, wrote up the daily tasks as checklists in a paper planner and it looks like I’m back on track! With renewed energy, I think I’m moving forward again.

Meet Sarah Krug

Sarah considers herself a creative free spirit who loves to live in the moment. She has a passion for knitting, making music, being her own boss and enjoys living on the coast of Southern NJ with her husband and 4 children.
