Over the past few years, I have been much more conscious of energy, and how I feel it. Recently, through the Master Key Experience, I have realized my energy is part emotion and part thought and it feeds my soul and my subconscious. By harnessing my energy and using it to program my subconscious, I am creating the life I desire.
The first time I was truly aware of “energy in me” was when my mom passed away. All of us were around her in the hospital bed while she was laboring to breathe. I was sitting on her left side with my left hand on her forehead and our right hands were touching. I felt a charge of energy flow through me as she took her last breath. It would be decades before I was aware of my own energy and its power.
My gut and my heart speak to me through my “feelings” which are just energy internalized and it helps me guide my choices and actions. The MKE course is helping me understand on a scientific level, how what I’ve “felt” to be true, is true and no longer just my opinion.
I feel like Dave, the wizard from The Sorcerer’s Apprentice as he discovers his new powers and begins to learn how to harness and control them. I know the magic key is within me and it is both frightening and astonishing!
Thanks, Ann, for sharing your story. I had a similar experience when my Grandma passed. Step into your power with confidence.
Wow, Ann, that is amazing! You are in tune with your feelings already, I am impressed. Keep tuning in and continue to be astonished!
Hi Ann, this is such a beautiful way to describe what we are learning here. It truly is so amazing to become aware of the power within xoxo
