One of my goals is to incorporate more fun in the things I do. During my sit exercise this morning, I visualized the lines as Haanel instructed, but in a game-like fashion. I drew out each line on the wall in front of me and when my mind’s pen completed a line, I saw it flash in place with a neon glow highlight behind it, as if it was now “locked” and I could proceed to the next line. When I completed a shape, the whole thing flashed and made a cheerful sound of success like I leveled up! After the cone was resting on the square, I was able to pick up whole object as a 3D figure and turn it around and move it. I did this each time with every color and put them in a row in rainbow order.
After that, I took them apart and rearranged the cones on other color squares. I did all this while listening to tone frequencies, so I was using lots of different combinations simultaneously. I also decided to see if I could observe that cone on a square shape in my environment just like the circle, square, rectangle, and triangle. We’ll see what shows up!
Fantastic idea to play with that damn cone! great share and mahalo!
That’s so amazingly creative Brittany, great combinations!
Thanks for sharing how you visualized things this week. At first it was easier to see with my eyes closed, but I’m getting better.
Great idea, Brittany! I’m going to add TaDAs and a swing or two out of the park with my sits! Thanks for the contribution.

Wow, I am happy it is so easy for you to do this exercise. Not quite as easy for me, but reading about your experience inspires me. I am going to listen to tone frequencies while practising, just like you do. Thanks!
Awesome!!!! Simply Awesome—Great and Inspiring 🙂
You made it less like a chore and more fun! You’ve inspired me to do the same!
Cool Brittany, it sounds like you got this, congratulations.
Thanks for bringing your delight and neon “game” approach to our MasterMind, Brittany. I love that you’re going to be searching in real life for the shapes you played with in your mind…and noticed that your profile pic has all of them in it including the cone. Wow!
Brittany, you’re having fun and I’m having fun letting you know once again that you are the first to get your Week 10 blog published! 🙂
I love this! I could “see” what you were describing and it gave me an idea to perform during a future sit! I love colors, this sounds like FUN!
That’s great Brittany – having fun while getting the work done – super!
