This was by far a transformational week for me.

Although I haven’t been doing all of the tasks exactly as it has been laid out for me I have been doing pretty good. I am really understanding the power of the Franklin effect.

When I started noticing kindnesses and doing kindnesses it became contagious. I work at a school and have started a display that is sharing a cup of kindness on the windows of the media center.

Everyone loved the idea and were excited to participate. I also started posting in the alliances and found myself not being able to stop. These small habits have definitely carried over into being a part of my fiber.

I find myself not holding back in doing things that in the past I wouldn’t do because of pride or thinking that they don’t deserve my kindness. Now I have been doing it with joy and no expectation from their end no matter who it is.

I like how I feel when I am kind and I feel like it opens my heart to be grateful on a much deeper level. I’m in the flow!!!
