This week of MKE, we focused on Kindness as we went through our second week of the Franklin Makeover.
At first I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stay 100% focused on one virtue a week when we started the Franklin Makeover.
However, I found that by keeping my chart on the fridge (an arm’s length away and in my face all week) I could do it!
This week, our members area blew up with comments about kindness too. The comments came flooding in as we spread love and light everywhere. It was beautiful.
The light we shone across the world through kind gestures was contagious and the energy lifted me up. I felt so good by the end of the week, it had filled my cup for the week ahead.
Also by the end of the week, I found that personally noticing kindnesses had become a habit for me as well as for my children. I had invited them to do the kindnesses all week too.
Two things stood out to me from this exercise. The power of the mastermind. And the power within.
The power of people working together is pretty awesome. When I played in a band we had to stick together or the piece of music wouldn’t come out right. And I felt the power of the mastermind and team work when I was in network marketing and we pushed together towards a goal. I love being in the flow of energy that comes from a group all working together in synergy for a common outcome.
This week I also saw more proof that I can trust myself to manifest what I set out to do.
Yeah! Best habit ever with kindness! Great idea to invite your children as well. And you do a fantastic job on your Hero’s Journey!
Wow, is right, Janet! Thanks for reading my blog post 💖
