This week I reminded myself what I’m thankful for daily.
I focused more on peace and self-love. I reminded myself throughout the week to pay more attention of how I am treating myself as well as others.
I realized that I needed more rest and stillness. I not only needed rest for my physical body but also rest for my mind. I focused daily on my readings, blessings and how I can treat myself well.
I bought myself flowers, focused more on my nutrition and substance. I even did a little yoga. It made my mind and body more focused and relaxed.
I also was more mindful of how I treated others. This week less was more in my speech. I listened more and ignored a lot of negative energy within the environment.
