We are reminded, this week, of the power of focus and the Law of Growth. When we concentrate on what we want we create the thought which in turn creates the vibration that brings this thought into action.
What I found interesting is that concentration is not to be done with effort, which speaks into the Law of Relaxation. We are encouraged to relax into the focused concentration with ease much as an actor does so as to convince the audience of the part he is acting. Not that we are acting something fake, but that we are tapping into our essence. This requires embodiment, and emotional connection.
Therefore, it is in the repetition of our reminders which surrounding us consistently, coupled with emotion and focused thought that is key in mastering our mechanism leading us to live into our essence.
So, when we discover and live in harmony with our true essence we gratefully align with our true joy, our bliss.
Love the ‘sits’ this week. I reaffirm that it is in the quiet, the space, the letting go of trying and simply ‘being’, this is the path were we discover harmony inside out.
Embodiment and emotional connection. Thank you.
