This week I focused on peace and rest.
Rest for my body and rest for my mind. I focused more on self-love and also how I treated others through my words. I listened more and was more aware of the blessings which surrounded me.
I focused less on negative outcomes and more on what brings happiness and peace to my life. I am thankul for many things. My daily readings and flash cards helped me to focus on what I have in the moment.
