Revisiting The Master Key Experience continues to be enlightening and soul opening. It is opening me up, much like the plow on the field, and yet, if I stick with it, the results are a fruitful harvest.  One follows the other.

As we study this week, we are being asked to Visualize in our sit, which is so welcome and yet, I am made aware of how crowed my life can be when intention is not implemented. So easy to get caught up in the ‘doing’ of life.

We are also invited to implement many simple and fun habits, which, when set up, take very little time to weave into our day, and, as my experience has been, feels so good to have kept my promises and build trust in myself. We have also been invited to implement the Mental Diet, which has been such a wonderful way go into learning about ourselves and others and opening us up to more compassion. WOW!

I was very impressed with a seemingly small statement during our meeting, which has been impactful for me. The point was made, that when we are wanting what we want, which is different from where we are now, that our future self is actually a stranger to our present self. BAM!

That, for me makes so much sense and why we are implementing these little habits to bypass our subconscious default and really, to become our future selves now. BIG STUFF HERE!

Then, another point that hits home, for me, is that we are already seeing the results of manifestation in our lives. The Universal Law is true, and does not take sides. We may think not, but, we are. Every time we slip into our default way of being, manifesting our fears, our worries, we are defaulted to a negative bias and that is what we see more of.

However, in this weeks reading, for example, The Master Key, by Charles Haanel, part 7, we find that this can be transformed through effort.

Through becoming aware first, and then creating the environment to practice the visualization of something else. What would we love to create? I took personal notice of lines 7, 19,20, 26 and 30. But really, it is the whole of the part 7 that brings this all to light.

This is where the slowing down can truly produce a speeding up of results. Why? Well, through the visualization we get to examine, and experience the results. And our subconscious dose not know the difference of what has happened in the physical world or the imagination. This, then, speeds up an important component.

When we visualize first, with feeling, our doing becomes easier. We are now working from our future self, and, actually, becoming our future self. Once this is in place the ‘doing’ is as our future self. This, then creates a path that brings in all the elements and persons to us that are needed to gain the results.

I see this through understanding mentally.

Now, I am doing the work of slowing down, and trusting. I know that my slowing down just feels better, that when I am in anxiety, and fear, I do not have access to the power of Universal Law. I am reacting!  Thus, not achieving the results I want. I have witnessed in myself and others.

Practice makes perfect, so, this is my choice. I slow down, take the breath, do the sit and set the boundaries. Through the exercise and the sits, the visualizations, the recordings and the visual reminders, I submit to this like a child excited for something I want.

And, through my own case study, I now become more of service to others because I have learned how to implement the mechanisms.

I have learned in an experiential way, how the slowing down, with excitement and enthusiasm, brings results that I want (and which are good for others too and brings not harm). I am so grateful for this experience.

  • Laura, you state, “This is where the slowing down can truly produce a speeding up of results.”

Interesting. Deepak Chopra states, “Do everything, accomplish nothing. Do a little, accomplish a little. Do nothing, accomplish everything.”

Put both statements together, and I’d say you are right on track. Great blog! 🙂
