This last week has been a rollercoaster of emotions while my husband was in the hospital. I felt so much fear, anxiety, helplessness, and grief sitting by his bedside. I felt grateful for everyone’s support and prayers and I felt relieved when he was released to go home. Scroll 2 encourages me to love all situations in my life and see the opportunities in the challenges I experience. So, even though this was a very scary situation, I am committed to seeing the positives that came out of it. My husband and I are focusing on “cherishing our bodies with cleanliness and moderation” in our nutrition from here forward. Scroll 2 also tells me to love myself. One way I am doing that is by giving myself time and grace to catch up on tasks I missed while I was at the hospital. The lessons in Scroll 2 are the universe’s way of reminding me exactly what I need, when I need it.
