minutes remaining

I was astonishingly unaware that I was building myself a perpetually negative reality. My house was made of sand. There was no foundation. The workers were starving and underpaid. Even more astonishing was the fact that I was the contractor that built this house!

I since have been learning that I can completely change my physical reality by first changing my inner reality, AND I’ve been given clear instructions on how to do this! It has not been easy by any means, nothing worthwhile is.

Just by hanging in there and doing the exercises (not perfectly), my inner world is starting to look and feel beautiful, because I am now constructing a wonderful inner life, and the ice is slowly starting to melt away. Earnest desire, confident expectation, firm demand.
