My experience from the week 1 have been a learning experience. I enjoyed reading the assignments. I am re-learning to rethink challenging issues which have occurred throughout the week. I am learning to reach out more for assistance with assignments, problem-solve and think through situations and do my best. The result of re-establishing my habits have revealed small increments of manifestations throughout the week. I found that I was not experiencing the stress and worries from issues as I had been previously. In a subconscious level I had the feeling of inner peace in all things, despite the hectic environment. I have committed to this journey of learning and growth and I will not let myself fail. I promise.
