This week’s makeover focus is decisiveness. I was out to lunch with a group, and noted quick, decisive menu choices. Another day, was my choosing airline flight. When presented with multiple options, made short work of it. That has often been a problem for me in the past.
This week’s routine was again disrupted for several days due to another road trip, then flying home. My resolve was weakened with trying to deal with all of the challenges.
Disappointed that I was unable to attend the webinar Sunday. I find the topic of personalities very interesting. I think if the world was segregated by personality types, it would be boring and there would be even more cookie-cutter sameness. It may be more comfortable for some for a while, but in the long term I expect it would be difficult for everyone to be the same.
Diversity in us as people helps us to see and learn more from different eyes and perspectives… and eventually to become more flexible and rounded as individuals. Learning personality types help us to better understand ourselves and the others we interact with. As we better understand, we can do the same as the makeover and enhance and grow our weak areas.
Totally agree with you Mike.
Understanding all aspects of humanity empowers us on many levels.
Great realisation.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about diversity of personalities. Also with age we, ourselves, can change personality traits, so there is a diversity within us as well.
Kudos on seeing and growing Decisiveness this week Mike. Enjoy watching the replay of the Color Code Workshop. Reach out if you have any questions. There is a tab named “Color Code” in the Alliances area.
