I almost did not blog this week…..
This week I was hit with some medically challenging days, and I was so disappointed at how easily I was knocked off my new neural pathway of habits. I could blame my hormones and biochemistry, but at the end of the day it still boils down to CHOICE, and I let my mind take a blow to the chin in a 1,2 KO from my body.
BUT, I am happy to say that today is a new day, and one of my descriptive words is RESILIENCE, which is what I will do! “I will persist until I succeed.”
My favorite mythological creature is the phoenix, always rising from the ashes into a glorious fiery bird of beauty and determination. I relate so much to her.
I am more than my biochemistry, my peptide addictions, and my hormones. In fact, my mind can affect those by taking the time and making the choice to sit and let my mind of the inner world change ,my outer world.
“….It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward….that is how winning is done!”
Well said, Rocky!
Now pardon me while I go do my morning gratitudes and flash some cards….
Yo, Adrian!
The Phoenix is one of my favorite totems. I have a great meditation that I can share with you.
A Champion Mindset, go Stefanie!!
I love the Phoenix, and we keep on getting up. Faster, and faster every time we get knocked down. Stronger and wiser every time, too!
That is so great Stefanie – it’s not about how many times we are knocked down, as long as we keep getting back up each time! You keep getting up, I love it!
I love your authenticity and willingness to show up. I am honored to walk this journey with you!
Hi Laura! thank you for your kind words! We are all in this together and we are all superstars! God bless!
Yo Brittany! 😉
Thank you so much for your encouragement!
Yo Stefanie! Lol. I’m proud of you for writing your blog and being resilient! It’s important to remember that even if we get off track, we can always choose to get back on. Keep persisting – you are already succeeding!
Yoooo Adrian (Stefanie)
Thank u very much for your honesty about veering off the path temporarily then getting back on your feet and moving forward, it helps me to know that I’m not alone with this same struggle and you’re kinda a superstar around here so it means a lot! xoxo
👊🏼 🥊 Thank you!
Yo, Stefanie! Great post!
