Gratitude sets the stage for unlimited possibility.

I learned the true meaning of gratitude when I stopped drinking 14 years and 6 months ago.

My sponsor shared a phrase with me, a grateful heart will never drink. I learned that 16 years ago, I am so very grateful I gave myself grace and didn’t give up on myself I made the choice not to give up on me!

I am profoundly grateful to all of you that are part of my journey. Thank you.

  • “A grateful heart will never drink”, that is powerful. Gratitude is the foundation to wholeness, I think. It opens our hearts and it welcomes our true self to unfold and shine in all its magic.

  • Nice and simple, I have friends and family that have been sucked into the depths of alcoholism. Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing.

  • Gratitude is, of course, one of the cornerstones in becoming a self-directed thinker. It sounds as if you known that for quite some time! 🙂
