I’ve been being an observer and focusing on my colors and shapes as I drive to work, or when I am a passenger in the car. Luckily, many road signs have blue rectangles, red circles, and yellow squares, so those are easy to spot. I often count the trees as my green triangles.
I notice people’s bumper stickers, buildings, signs, lawn ornaments, garbage bins, anything I can find that fits the right shape and color. I make it a game and yell out the color, shape, and what PPN or concept it represents.
It’s a good thing I’m usually alone in the car because I can be obnoxious yell/singing “RED CIRCLE!!!” haha.
I even started saying affirmations with each color and shape to further reinforce my new choices to subby.
I’m using combinations without even thinking about it – go me!
Yay! I was really wondering if you were alone during those car rides, because I’m the one who would say it to myself. Thanks for sharing!
