Quitting this program really isn’t an option, so I prefer to quit not giving 100%.
On one phone I deleted games but not social media. After a long day of working the thought of scrolling and watching reels seems justified, so I’ll replace that habit for scrolling through blogs and share them on social media.
There is this game I left on my other that can be made into a reward.
I love to watch a great movie or TV show while I eat.
I’ve been seeing a physical therapist for pain from being inactive, so I can take a bad habit and replace it with a walk or stretching exercises. I have a legacy to leave so my goal is to put subby to work to prevent failure.
I’m learning to substitute a bad habit for a good one.
