Well, week four seems to have “upped the ante” for me; in no uncertain terms.
I am so much more engaged/committed/up about all the actions I’m doing. Compared with how I have been since our week four session; previously it’s like I had been swimming off the south coast of England (just going through the motions) 😊
I get how we’re strengthening the way we build new habits. Anchoring shapes and colours is such a brilliant way of triggering those thoughts. And of course, we need to repeat things three times a day so we can overwrite our old habitual thinking.
And I know 100% that this system works because I have used it up until a few weeks ago to perfect my skill/habit of procrastination. Well, that is well and truly gone. If I have even the slightest inkling that I am thinking about leaving something undone, I have this voice in my head that says, “DO IT NOW.” It is working so well, that I’m beginning to think I will run out of things to do.
The “thoughts that fire together, wire together” idea makes a lot of sense to me as well. I only have to listen to a certain music track and I’m immediately back with my first true love in our flat in Nottingham. Now we get to choose the connections that we want…wow!
As well as reading my DMP/BPB/Scroll 1/MKE lesson three times a day, I have recorded them (along with “do it now 25 times” and “I can be what I want to be” 25 times) and play this material just before going to sleep. Only problem is I get so enthusiastic that I have trouble dropping off.
To sum up, looks as though I have chosen the “100% in” option…
And this is only week four!!!
The moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. Whatever you think you can do, or believe you can do, begin it. Action has magic, power, and grace.

Sounds like you’ve got this, Allan!
Through repetition of all those amazing habits, you have proven that you are no longer “going through the motions”. Way to go, Allan. Stick with the practice over and over and over, again.
I’m SO thrilled for you, Allan! Congrats on making the decision to go “100% In”. I love that.
Wow, Allan, it is so great to hear your positive experience.
This is GREAT news, congratulations!
Allen, great “thoughts that fire together, wire together” great quote. Keep it up.
Congrats Allan! Providence is moving!
Getting your your recording done is a strong option, Allan. I remember it was a thing I found hardest to do. You are all over it! 🙂
