This past weekend I was served up an unexpected new way to earn more money that looks to be totally aligned with my desires, and I am very ready to jump on it and go. I am excited, but quickly met with a major funding obstacle which is yet to be overcome. I dislike ill-timed complications.
Noticed a change in me… I realized this morning that now I have programmed-in resistance to continuing work at my job, and it’s noticeable. I set an ambitious? target date to become a full-time entrepreneur by the end of January (yesterday.) I am now having a really hard time engaging anymore. I feel the familiar internal conflict as I’ve had in the past with doing work toward side entrepreneurial ventures, but now it seems to be the opposite. Now, I’m pretty excited! It’s working!
I successfully completed the additional add-on challenge of listening daily in January to “The Strangest Secret.” It sure lines up with the MKE material and is perhaps a great example as mentioned in The Greatest Salesman’s Scroll 4 of “attaining success with only one sales talk, delivered with excellence.” Since it sold over a million copies as a record and is uploaded multiple times to YouTube (with over 10 million listens,) I think it’s safe to say that it helped bring success to Earl Nightingale.
Last week’s makeover focus was “pleasing personality.” This week, my focus is “well organized.” I’ve become more aware, and noticed examples of both, which got my attention. Here’s to boosting both in my life!
Looking forward to your new ventures, it sounds like it’s time Mike!
Out with the old and in with the new!
Thank you for sharing your reflections and thoughts, Mike! Keep on with self discovery and giving attention to yourself and Franklin’s makeover.
Bravo Mike for “taking notice” and being the observer. Cheering you on your journey!!
You have the choice to stand in excellence where you are as you begin to go forward with your dreams. Congrats on being more aware and noticing the changes.
I think Earl has the best speaking voice I’ve ever heard. Right on, Mike! 🙂
