For the first half of my life, I was a career stay-at-home Mom of four kids. In the second half of my life, I currently, work in sales in the health and wellness industry. I am so thankful that I have been able to spend the last 5+ years developing the skills needed to promote my business in a professional way. I love what I do and enjoy the adventure of connecting with all the wonderful people that cross my path on a daily basis.
I am not sure if it is because I am 3rd generation Japanese, or because I have a deep connection to the Creator, but I have always known that our bodies are designed to heal itself. I believe we can live healthy till the day we transition; we just need to give our body what it needs. Simple things like breathing and meditation, hydration, real-food nutrition, exercise, and sleep all seem very common sense and fundamental to me. The premise of what I do and why I do it is to help people understand prevention is easy with simple daily habits. These beliefs are the basis of what I do professionally.
My Business Bio:
Terri Brewer, Business: I teach people about hydration.
1. The importance of hydration,
2. Types of water available and that all waters are NOT created equal.
3. The proper amount of water to drink in proportion to your weight.
When I am not doing business, I love to run, exercise, and garden. I also enjoy my koi and the pond in my backyard. My backyard has become my therapy area. There always seems like there is plenty to do, however, I have learned that even weeding is a good way to get me outside, breathing fresh air and movement. By far, I get the most joy when I am with my family. I love spending time with my kids and grandkids. Time goes quickly. For me, family time is a priority.
With even so-called plant based foods now under scrutiny for possible deception, it’s nice to know, Terri, there is, at least, your garden to count on. Good job getting your “About me” blog published! 🙂
Thanks for sharing your story and your passion, Terri.
Terri, thank you for this insightful biography. Keep up your great work.
Hi Terri, may people resonate with your practices of healthy living, knowing “that our bodies are designed to heal themselves.” I can see you at your koi pond in your lovely backyard. As
I need to weed, I’ll keep in mind I’m outside breathing fresh air and getting movement.
Thanks for sharing this Terri, it is lovely to get to know you a little better. I do believe that we can live healthy and these temples have incredible capabilities.
