A Native New Yorker who escaped to California in 1974, MJ started one of the first Hospices in the US as a Medical Social Worker for a Family Practice Residency program. A successful marketer of natural products for over 25 years, she has a Masters in Psychology and practiced family counseling. Married to Art, an architect, for 48 years, she has three grown children, 150 rosebushes, 5 cats, and a Golden Retriever named Bernie.
